Together, they've built a beautiful life centered around faith and family, raising five children and cherishing their seven grandchildren. As co-owner of Century 21 Aspire Group, Gail plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the heart of the business, its people. With 28 years of experience in real estate—and 23 of those in a managing broker role—Kris Remiker brings unmatched expertise, attention to detail, and leadership to CENTURY 21 Aspire Group. She serves Manitowoc and the surrounding areas, specializing in residential, multifamily, condominium, investment, vacant land, commercial, and relocation services.

Kris is exceptionally knowledgeable in real estate contracts and transactions and has a passion for training and mentoring new agents. She previously taught the Real Estate Pre-License Course at Lakeshore Technical College and holds degrees in business and hospitality, with a strong foundation in restaurant and hotel management.

Kris has served many years on the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors—most recently as Vice President for four years and currently as Board President. Logan Xiong is a Youth Apprentice at CENTURY 21 Aspire Group and a junior at Manitowoc Lincoln High School. With a natural interest in real estate, Logan enjoys meeting new people and finds fulfillment in helping others through the home buying or selling journey. He has already committed to continuing his apprenticeship into his senior year and plans to pursue a career in real estate after graduation.

Logan is especially interested in the investment and wholesaling side of real estate, and he's enjoying every opportunity to learn about marketing, social media, and communicating real estate concepts with confidence. His curiosity and willingness to try new things make him a valuable and fast-growing member of the team.

At school, Logan's favorite subject is American History—particularly the Roaring '20s and the Gilded Age. Outside of school and real estate, Logan is very active in his church community, volunteering in various roles and serving as a leader for both summer camp and Vacation Bible School.

His passion for real estate was first sparked by his brother-in-law, who works in the industry in California. Now, Logan is building his own path toward a bright future in real estate, one learning experience at a time.
